Pla de Santa Maria, 253, Nau C1 \u2013 43800 VALLS, Tarragona for the purposes of notifications, summons and locations by postal address, hereinafter \u201cORGANIZER\u201d, organizes a contest called \u201cSOLAR TEST DRAW\u201d (hereinafter the \u201cContest\u201d) with the purpose of carrying out a commercial action related to the festival, subject to these legal bases (hereinafter, the \u201cBases\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2.- PURPOSE, MECHANICS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPETITION:<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS to participate in the Competition, DURATION and SCOPE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation is free, voluntary and limited to those who meet all the requirements listed below:<\/li>\n<li>The Contest begins on the day <strong>August 2<\/strong><strong> of 2022 and ends at 23:59h <\/strong><strong>on August 31<\/strong><strong> of 2022.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Answer the Solar test (<a href=\"https:\/\/andreusolar.com\/en\/t-solar\/\">https:\/\/andreusolar.com\/t-solar\/<\/a> ) and complete the test by indicating a correct email address.<\/li>\n<li>Being a natural person<\/li>\n<li>Over 18 years old.<\/li>\n<li>It is only valid for Catalonia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3.- REQUIREMENTS to win the contest:<\/p>\n<p>Have fully met the requirements established in the immediately preceding section. The mere failure to comply with any of the requirements provided for above, in whole or in part, will entail the automatic disqualification of participation in the Competition.<\/p>\n<p>The same person cannot win an Andreu Solar Contest twice, therefore, the entries submitted cannot have been awarded in other contests, nor previously published in any medium, either personal or professional, including emails.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4.- MECHANICS FOR DESIGNATING THE WINNER:<\/p>\n<p>Once the duration of the Contest in these Terms and Conditions has ended, all valid entries will be collected by the ORGANIZER and will be included in the prize draw.<\/p>\n<p>The winner will be chosen from a draw held among all the participants who have commented and tagged in the publication, complying with all the requirements established in these Rules, at the discretion of the ORGANIZER.<\/p>\n<p>The draw will be carried out using a random selection computer program, through Cool Tabs, which will choose 1 winner and 1 alternate person in a correlative manner.<\/p>\n<p>The prize will be awarded to the participant who is chosen in the draw from among all the participants and who is declared the winner, according to the requirements established in these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5.- CHECKING REQUIREMENTS AND DECLARATION OF WINNERS:<\/p>\n<p>Once the winner has been chosen, the ORGANIZER will verify that the person chosen complies with all the requirements established in these Rules and can be declared the winner.<\/p>\n<p>To this end, the ORGANIZER will contact the presumed winner via email to the address provided, informing them that they are the winner. The participant must respond to this message within a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment the email was sent: (i) express agreement and acceptance of the prize or (ii) equally express waiver of the same (conditional or limited acceptances will not be valid), by responding to the same email to the ORGANIZER.<\/p>\n<p>If the presumed winner renounces the prize, the ORGANIZER will proceed to communicate in the same terms as those described above with the first alternate person for the purpose of proposing and, if applicable (if they do not renounce in turn) following the steps for the declaration of the winner that has been indicated.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, in the event that any of the people chosen as presumed winner or alternate does not respond to the message within the previously indicated period or the ORGANIZING ENTITY considers that they do not meet the requirements to be declared the winner, they will contact the next alternate person for the purpose of proposing and, if applicable (if they do not resign), following the steps for declaring the winner that have been indicated.<\/p>\n<p>Once the maximum number of substitutes has been reached, and several or all of them have resigned or do not meet the requirements established in these Rules, the ORGANIZER may declare the Competition void.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that the ORGANIZER deems it appropriate, the names of the winners may be published by the ORGANIZER on its different digital platforms, such as its blog (<a href=\"https:\/\/andreusolar.com\/en\/blog\/\">https:\/\/andreusolar.com\/blog\/<\/a> ) or their page on Facebook and\/or Instagram, in accordance with what is established in these Terms.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6.- PRIZE:<\/p>\n<p>Among all participants, a dinner for two people at the Petit Cup Restaurant in Ali\u00f3 (Av. Cinto Verdaguer, 20, 43813 Ali\u00f3, Tarragona) will be raffled off, for a value of \u20ac60.<\/p>\n<p>The Prize may in no case be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of any of the winners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7.- OTHER RULES OF USE:<\/p>\n<p>THE ORGANIZER is exempt from any responsibility in the event that there is any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that prevents their identification.<\/p>\n<p>THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to take legal action against those people who carry out any type of act that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the Competition.<\/p>\n<p>THE ORGANIZER is exempt from any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which participation in the Competition is carried out, the defraudation of the utility that participants may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to failures in accessing the different pages and sending participation responses via the internet.<\/p>\n<p>THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to ensure the success of the Competition, when there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these Rules.<\/p>\n<p>THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to postpone and\/or extend the duration of the Competition, as well as the power to interpret these Rules.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, the ORGANIZER is exempt from all liability if any of the cases indicated occur, as well as from any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS:<\/p>\n<p>Simple participation in the Competition implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, therefore any statement of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a result, the ORGANIZER will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participant.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BY PARTICIPATING IN THE \u201cSOLAR TEST DRAW\u201d COMPETITION I ASSERT THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY, THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND TO ONE&#039;S IMAGE.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; 1.- ORGANIZING ENTITY: ANDREU MANTENIMENT INDUSTRIAL, SL, a Spanish entity, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B43752179, with address at Crta.
