If you receive an email with a different format, for example: andreusolar.security@hotmail.com, you can be sure that it is a fake email. Some phishing emails contain links to websites that use the word “ANDREW SOLAR" to your URL, but which will direct you to a completely different website. If you hover your mouse over the link, you will be able to see the associated URL, which will likely be formatted differently than those linked on genuine websites from ANDREW SOLAR

If you still click on a phishing email and are redirected to a page that looks like "Your Account" or someone asking you to verify or modify your personal information, ignore it and consider as fraudulent.

REPORT PHISHING ATTEMPTS

Send an email to the address hola@andreusolar.com and attach the email you consider fake. By attaching this fraudulent email to us, you are helping us trace its origin.
If you cannot attach the fake email, please forward it to hola@andreusolar.com  and include as much information as possible about it.
