1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY:
ANDREU INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE, SL, Spanish entity, provided with NIF B43752179, with address Ctra. Pla de Santa Maria, 253, Nau C1 – 43800 VALLS, Tarragona for the purpose of notifications, summonses and locations at the postal address, hereinafter "ORGANIZER", organizes a contest called "SORTEIG FIRAGOST" (henceforth the "Competition") in order to carry out a commercial action related to the holiday, subject to these legal bases (henceforth, the "Bases").
2.- PURPOSE, MECHANICS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPETITION:
- People who request a personalized study through the website https://andreusolar.com/formulari-estudi-personalitzat/ or in person on August 6 and 7, 2024 at the Andreu Solar stand in Firagost de Valls will fill in a questionnaire or a ticket, respectively, with their data. The questionnaire or ticket will become your participation in the competition.
REQUIREMENTS to participate in the Competition, DURATION and SCOPE.
Participation is free, voluntary and limited to those who meet all the requirements listed below:
- The Contest begins on August 6, 2024 and ends at 10:00 p.m. on August 7, 2024.
- Request a personalized study through the website https://andreusolar.com/formulari-estudi-personalitzat/ or in person on August 6 and 7, 2024 at the Andreu Solar stand in the promenade area from Valls Station.
- Being a natural person
- Over 18 years old.
- It is only valid for Catalonia.
REQUIREMENTS to win the contest:
Have fully met the requirements established in the immediately preceding section. The mere failure to comply with any of the requirements provided for above, in whole or in part, will entail the automatic disqualification of participation in the Competition.
3.- MECHANICS FOR APPOINTING THE WINNING PERSON:
Once the duration of the Contest has ended in these Terms, all valid entries will be collected by the ORGANIZER and will be included in the prize draw. The winning person will be the result of a draw made among all the participants who have applied the personalized study, complying with all the requirements established in these Terms, at the discretion of the ORGANIZER.
The draw will be made manually, with an innocent hand from the tickets filled in by the participants. 1 winner and 1 alternate person will be chosen correlatively.
The prize will be awarded to the person participating who is chosen in the draw from among all the participating people and who is declared the winner, according to the requirements established in these Terms.
4.- CHECK OF REQUIREMENTS AND DECLARATION OF THE WINNERS:
Once the winning person has been chosen, the ORGANIZER will verify that whoever has been chosen in the same meets all the requirements established in these Rules and that they can be declared the winner.
For this, the ORGANIZER will contact the alleged winner by phone or e-mail. The participating person must respond to such message within a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment when the communication was made by the ORGANIZER: (i) conformity and express acceptance of the prize or (ii) equally express resignation to the same (conditional or limited acceptances will not be valid).
If the presumed winner renounces the prize, the ORGANIZER will proceed to communicate in the same terms as those described above with the substitute person in order to propose and in his case (if he does not renounce in turn) follow the steps for the declaration of the winning person that has been indicated.
Likewise, in the event that any of the people chosen as presumed winner or substitute does not respond to the message within the period indicated above or the ORGANIZER considers that he does not meet the requirements to be declared a winner, he will contact the next substitute for the purpose of proposing and in his case (if he does not resign) follow the steps for the declaration of the winning person that have been indicated.
Having reached the maximum number of substitutes, considering that several of them or all of them have resigned or that they do not meet the requirements established in these Rules, the ORGANIZER may (i) award the prize only to the resulting valid winner or (ii) ) declare the Contest void.
In the event that the ORGANIZER deems appropriate, the names of the winners may be published by the ORGANIZER on its various digital platforms such as its blog (https://andreusolar.com/blog/) or their page on Facebook and/or Instagram, in accordance with what is established in these Terms.
5.- PRIZE:
A Klinwass Beverly reverse osmosis system (or similar of the same price or benefits) or equivalent discount will be drawn among all the participants.
The Prize may in no case be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of any of the winners.
6.- OTHER RULES OF USE:
The ORGANIZER is exempt from any responsibility in the event of any error in the data provided by the participants themselves that would prevent their identification.
Similarly, the ORGANIZER is not responsible for possible losses, deterioration, theft or any other circumstance attributable to the courier company that may affect the delivery of the prizes.
THE ORGANIZER reserves the right to take legal action against those who carry out any type of act likely to be considered manipulation or falsification of the Contest.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to make as many changes as it considers to be beneficial to the Contest, when just cause or reasons of force majeure occur that prevent it from being carried out in the manner set out in these Rules.
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to postpone and/or extend the duration of the Competition, as well as the right to interpret these Rules.
Likewise, the ORGANIZER is exempt from all liability if any of the cases indicated occur, as well as any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the Prize.
7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE BASES:
The simple participation in the Contest implies the acceptance of these Rules, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participating person and as a consequence of this, the ORGANIZER will be released from fulfilling the obligation contracted with this participating person.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE "SORTEIG FIRAGOST" COMPETITION, I ASSUME THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THESE BASES, PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY, THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND YOUR OWN IMAGE
